I’m Simone, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) with a M.S. in Food Science and Human Nutrition. I completed a supervised dietetic internship and passed the national registration exam, and I maintain my certification through ongoing continuing education. I’m also licensed in Texas my area of interest is in Bariatrics and weight loss.

My RD journey is personal. Growing up, I watched loved ones struggle with chronic conditions tied to poor diet. Witnessing their challenges ignited my passion for health through food.
