Hi, I’m Shenna, a registered dietitian based in Massachusetts. My career began in Texas, where I worked in the hospital setting, and over the past few years I’ve specialized in intensive care and cardiac surgery nutrition. While I continue to value the expertise I’ve gained in clinical care, I’m especially passionate about helping people build healthier relationships with food in their everyday lives.
I grew up in Western Massachusetts with a lifelong love for sports and staying active, and that passion naturally led me toward nutrition. What started as an interest in high school has become a career centered on helping others feel their best through food and lifestyle changes.
When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me outside on a walk or run, or at a workout class. I enjoy connecting with people, learning about their stories, and tailoring nutrition strategies that are realistic, sustainable, and unique to their goals.
My approach is supportive and collaborative—I believe nutrition isn’t about restriction, but about finding what works for you. Together, we’ll set achievable goals and create a plan that feels both practical and empowering.
