Hello! My name is Shannon and I live in New Jersey with my husband, three boys, and energetic husky mix!
I became a Registered Dietitian in 2008 and have worked with patients/clients with all different backgrounds and medical conditions.
I truly enjoy helping people. Life is complex- your nutrition does not have to be!
My goal is to meet clients where they are and help them live a lifestyle they can feel good about.
Some things about me- I enjoy exercising, walking my dog, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, watching my children's sporting events, and going to the beach!
