Shae Foudy, RD

Hi there! I’m Shae Foudy, MS, RDN, LD, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Licensed Dietitian in the state of Hawai‘i. I specialize in pediatric nutrition but am passionate about supporting both children and adults in achieving their health and wellness goals.

My approach is warm, caring, and open—I value truly listening to my patients and creating a space where you feel comfortable sharing your story. During our first session, I’ll take time to get to know your goals, priorities, and concerns so I can tailor your nutrition care specifically to you. In our follow-up sessions, we’ll work together—step by step—to make meaningful, sustainable progress, celebrating even the smallest victories along the way.

You can expect guidance grounded in evidence-based nutrition and medical nutrition therapy, as I’m committed to staying current with the latest research and recommendations. My goal is to help you feel confident, nourished, and empowered in your health journey.

A little about me: I grew up in a small town in Southern California and moved to Hawai‘i in 2020 to complete my bachelor’s and master’s degrees at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. My passion for nutrition began from personal experience—struggling with undiagnosed food allergies and stomach issues as a child. That journey inspired me to dedicate my career to helping others find clarity and comfort in their relationship with food. Outside of work, I’m a proud cat mom who loves surfing, staying active, and soaking up the sun.
