Hi, I'm Seth! As a Registered and Licensed Dietitian (RD,LD) with over a decade of experience, I'm passionate about helping individuals understand their body and take control of their health through individualized nutrition counselling.
My approach is collaborative; we'll work together as a team to uncover practical, evidence-based strategies that fit seamlessly into your life. My goal is to help you build sustainable habits that empower you for the long run, and I'll be there to provide supportive accountability. You'll gain confidence through knowledge, understand your body better, and find lasting habit change.
I specialize in a variety of areas, including sports nutrition, specialty diets (vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, etc.), weight management, and working with conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure. I also focus on digestive health, mindful eating, and optimizing nutrition for overall well-being and energy.
My passion for nutrition ignited when I realized how much conflicting and often misleading information was out there. I became an RD to dispel common nutrition myths and empower people to take control of their health naturally through nutrition and exercise.
When I'm not helping clients achieve their goals, you can find me unwinding with a good book, strumming my guitar, or hitting the weights. My wife and I also share our home with a lively crew of pets, including a guinea pig, two cats, and six bunnies – there's never a dull moment!
