Hi! I’m Savannah, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) currently based in Pensacola, Florida. My path to nutrition began with my own health struggles when I developed systemic eczema that left me feeling disconnected from my body and overwhelmed. Through nourishing from the inside out, I found healing, and I’ve now been eczema-free for three years. That journey inspired me to help others rebuild trust in their bodies and create a healthier, more balanced relationship with food.
I believe health is not one-size-fits-all. Struggles with food and body aren’t signs of weakness. Instead, they are signs your body is doing its best to protect you. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative. Together, we’ll gently explore the patterns that keep you stuck and find practices that fit your life, your culture, and your values.
In addition to my private practice, I also work as a clinical dietitian in a hospital setting, where I support patients with complex medical needs and recovery. These experiences remind me daily of the resilience of the human body and spirit.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me in my garden, at the gym lifting weights, spending time with family, or hanging out with animals.
