I’m Sarah, and after more than 15 years as a dietitian, I’ve learned that my favorite people to work with are those who are ready to make a positive change in their lives—even if they’re not quite sure how to get there yet. I’m not here to judge what you eat or take away all your favorite foods. I’m here to help you figure out what works, make nutrition feel a little less complicated, and have some fun with food along the way.
As a military spouse, my own life has included plenty of moves, changing seasons, growing kids, new routines, and starting over. I know that what works during one stage of life may not work in the next. The way you ate when you were juggling three little kids may not make sense as an empty nester. The strategy that helped you lose weight ten years ago may not be what your body or your life needs today.
Healthy eating doesn’t happen in a vacuum. Your life, your preferences, your history, and your goals all matter.
I want you to feel like you have a dietitian in your corner—someone who understands that real life is part of the equation, helps make nutrition a little less complicated, and gives you practical information you can actually use. Whether you’re working with me one-on-one or using the nutrition resources I share, my goal is to help you feel confident about what you’re doing and keep moving forward.
I became a dietitian because I wanted to help people—and because I really love food. More than 15 years working as a dietitian and a Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition later, both are still true. Some of my favorite foods are spaghetti and meatballs, grain bowls, and dark chocolate peanut butter cups. I love cooking, experimenting with sourdough bread, traveling, exploring local restaurants, and growing food in my garden.
I live in sunny Florida with my husband, our three kids, two dogs, and two cats. I grew up in Upstate New York, though, so you can still find me cheering for the Bills.
For me, good nutrition isn’t about eating perfectly. It’s about finding a way of eating that supports the life you want to live—and enjoying some really good food along the way.
My passion lies in empowering my patients to achieve their personal health goals. I am dedicated to understanding your unique needs and identifying strategies that seamlessly integrate into your daily life. Together, at the end of each session, we will set both aspirational, long-term goals and practical, short-term objectives. We will work collaboratively to select actionable strategies that transform your goals into reality.
