Background

As a registered dietitian passionate about helping people create lasting change, my approach is practical and empowering. Clients who work with me can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we focus on realistic strategies that fit your unique lifestyle. I emphasize making nutrition enjoyable, not restrictive, and I love finding creative solutions that allow you to achieve your goals while still enjoying the foods you love.

I focus on weight management, working closely with clients to create sustainable, practical strategies that fit their lives. I go beyond just calorie counting or meal plans, helping you make meaningful changes to your eating habits and overall lifestyle. Together, we’ll explore your relationship with food, develop healthy routines, and find a balanced approach that allows you to reach your goals while enjoying the process.

I earned my credentials in nutrition and dietetics from Immaculata University. My passion for nutrition and dedication to helping others achieve their goals drive me to stay current with the latest research and best practices in weight management. I believe in creating a supportive, positive environment where clients feel empowered to make lasting changes and build a healthier relationship with food.

Outside of work, I’m a first-time mom and love spending time with my family and our pit bulls. I enjoy getting outdoors, trying new recipes, and staying active. I believe in practicing what I preach, so you’ll often find me meal-prepping or experimenting with new, nutrient-dense, delicious, easy-to-make meals.

Becoming an RD was a natural fit because of my love for food and science. I started my private practice to give clients the one-on-one support that can truly make a difference. I’m here to help you build the skills and confidence to create a healthy lifestyle that works for you—no fad diets, just personalized care and a whole lot of encouragement.
