Hi, I'm Sarah Morales, Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management. I have a Master's Degree in nutrition from Colorado State University and I've been a Dietitian for over 15 years, and have worked in a variety of exciting roles during this time. I've worked in outpatient and community health settings, and have been part of a team working together to support clients in making positive lifestyle changes to better manage chronic health conditions.

I love supporting clients on their personal wellness journey, to help heal their relationship with food and make healthy changes to deeply ingrained eating patterns. If you feel stuck, tired of trying diet after diet, and are lacking consistency, I can help! I've supported a lot of people with weight management, peri-menopause/menopause, gut health, vegetarian diets, general nutrition, meal planning, mindful eating, and many other special diets/diseases.

For fun, I love to explore new recipes in the kitchen and bring people together over delicious food. I love nature, and find a lot of peace and bliss from getting outside and moving my body in the Colorado sunshine and mountains. I especially enjoy hiking, backpacking, gardening, cross-country skiing, river-rafting, yoga and spending time with my wonderful partner, friends and family.
