I hold a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of North Florida, and I am a licensed Registered Dietitian with experience in clinical settings, outpatient settings, counseling, and community health. Outside of work, I’m often in the kitchen trying out new recipes, walking my dog, or hanging out with my children. I believe food is meant to be enjoyed, and I bring that philosophy into both my personal and professional life. I became a dietitian because I’ve seen firsthand how confusing and overwhelming the world of nutrition can be—and how much misinformation is out there. I wanted to create a space where clients receive trustworthy, personalized guidance and feel empowered around food. Building a private practice allows me to connect deeply with my clients, offer individualized care, and build long-term partnerships that lead to real transformation.
"As a Registered Dietitian, my mission is to help you build a healthier relationship with food—without guilt, overwhelm, or rigid rules. When you work with me, you can expect sessions that are personalized to your specific lifestyle and finding solutions uniquely for you. I believe in progress over perfection, and you’ll walk away from each session with clear, realistic steps tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and preferences. My role is to be both a guide and a partner in the journey."
