In the past she has worked as a diabetes educator, WIC nutritionist, clinical dietitian for a rehab/long term care facility and most recently as a virtual outpatient dietitian specializing in fat loss. She has a passion for teaching you how to eat the foods you love, build muscle and burn fat WITHOUT low calorie diets or endless hours of cardio. Her goal is to meet you where you are and create sustainable goals to help you feel empowered to move forward. Whether your goal is to manage a specific health condition, promote weight loss, build muscle, or simply to improve your health, she is here to support you the entire way!
