Background

As a registered dietitian, my clients can expect supportive, personalized guidance that goes beyond numbers and meal plans. Together, we’ll focus on building confidence around food choices and developing strategies that fit your lifestyle, culture, and health goals.

I specialize in clinical nutrition, including weight loss, diabetes management, and kidney health, while also helping clients who want to improve overall wellness. With a background in culinary arts and food service management, I bring creativity to the table by turning nutrition recommendations into meals that are both nourishing and enjoyable.

I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Alabama and am a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist in Florida. In addition to my work as a dietitian, I spent over a decade as a private chef, which allows me to merge medical nutrition therapy with practical, real-world cooking skills.

Outside of my work, I love experimenting with recipes, staying active, and spending time by the water. Food and health are central to my life, but so are connection and joy—values I also bring into my work with clients.

My passion for nutrition grew out of my culinary background, where I saw firsthand how food impacts health and quality of life. Becoming a dietitian allowed me to bridge science with creativity, and I’m driven to help people discover that nourishing their bodies can be both effective and enjoyable.
