Hi there! I’m Sara, a Registered Dietitian, and I’m passionate about helping others create a life full of energy, balance, and confidence through practical, sustainable changes. I graduated from the University of Alabama and have experience in diabetes counseling, as well as clinical nutrition in rehab and long-term care settings. I’ve also completed specialized training in intuitive eating under Rachel Goodman, RDN, which forms the foundation of my approach.
My specialties include supplement management, pre- and postnatal nutrition, pediatric nutrition, disordered eating, and fostering a healthier relationship with food. I enjoy offering practical strategies to help create balance and uncover the root causes of your struggles—whether they stem from emotional triggers, nutrient deficiencies, or habits that no longer serve you.
When I’m not supporting clients, I love spending time with my boys, experimenting in the kitchen, and finding moments to recharge through movement.
