Hi, I’m Sammi! I’m a Registered Dietitian (RD) with a background in clinical nutrition, focusing on oncology and cardiac health. My approach is empathetic and evidence-based — I want you to feel supported while knowing the information you’re getting is trustworthy and grounded in science.
I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nutrition from Cal State Long Beach, and I also went to culinary school, which means I love bringing food to life in the kitchen. I became a dietitian because I’ve always loved food and wanted to help others build a healthy, confident relationship with it — free from all the diet myths and confusion out there.
When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me cooking something new, going for a walk or run, or enjoying time outdoors. My goal is to make nutrition feel simple, enjoyable, and personal — because healthy eating should fit your life, not the other way around.
My approach is centered on gentle accountability and meeting you where you are. I create a supportive, judgment-free space where we focus on progress, not perfection. I use an evidence-based approach to help you build confidence around food and make healthy habits that actually last
