My clinical experience spans nursing homes, hospitals, bariatric surgery clinics, and general outpatient care—giving me a broad understanding of diverse nutritional needs across all stages of life. Whether supporting recovery, managing chronic conditions, or guiding long-term wellness, I bring an evidence-based, compassionate approach that empowers clients to make sustainable changes and feel confident in their food choices. My own challenges with nutrition inspired me to become a dietitian—not only to better understand my health, but to support others in finding balance and confidence in theirs!
