Together, we’ll create sustainable habits that work for you, not against you.
Outside of work, I love exploring new recipes, spending time with loved ones, and finding simple ways to make healthy eating less stressful and more enjoyable. Becoming a dietitian was a natural extension of my passion for helping others build a positive, lasting relationship with food and their bodies.
