My name is Rosemarie Lyons-Kimelman. I was born on the beautiful Island of Jamaica in the West Indies where I was greatly influenced by my grandmother’s earthly wisdom using herbs, spices and many natural remedies.
I am a Registered, Licensed Dietitian in the State of Florida. I studied at Florida International University in Miami where I obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and I have been actively engaging in studying new research and discoveries using food as medicine or Nutraceuticals.
I hope to share my knowledge and expertise with a variety of motivated individuals seeking to enhance their overall health and longevity.
I live what I teach and I am driven by personal experience with my now dearly departed mother who recovered to a more vibrant life after leaving the nursing home and embracing Whole Foods and nutrition supplements which enhanced her quality of life until her passing at the age of 92.
In my spare time I enjoy working out at the gym, nature walks in the park, hiking, creative cooking and organic gardening. I’m happiest being in nature.
"My unique approach to nutrition therapy involves being open minded and sensitive to cultural needs, being creative and empowering my clients to be the best they can be."
