I became a dietitian after my own struggles with food and weight taught me that health isn’t about perfection — it’s about connection, awareness, and sustainable habits that fit your real life.
Outside of work, I love being in nature, practicing yoga, and spending time with family and friends — all the things that help me recharge and stay grounded.
