Expectations: I expect my clients to want to learn about how nutrition can help them in their future. Changing habits comes with discipline, focus and the desire to learn. It is not easy, but with the right mind set and determination, you are on the road to feeling better in no time.
Get to know me: I am a 32-year-old woman, happily married with one kid, a pup named Samuel, and our grandma doggy Lily. We are also expecting a newborn this March 2026 :). I love people, dogs, summer, heat, the beach, cooking, being creative, and being outside doing physical activity or relaxing. I love helping others. If I don’t know something, give me some time and I will figure it out for you or point you to a professional who will know.
Drive: My drive is people. It’s as simple as that. You come to me with the will and desire to change, to learn, and work towards a healthier you... then I am yours to help on your journey. I love my family, my friends, and most importantly, God. Without Him, I wouldn’t be here to help you, so everything is all thanks to him.
Deciding to make a change for better health is a big step. Being honest about our food feelings will help build trust. Trust is essential in our relationship. You can always trust me to be honest, listen, and be upfront without judgment or making you feel wrong. The most important part of this process is my ability to help you by listening first. I consider everything about someone's life as we speak and get to know each other for positive future nutrition and health changes.
