Background

I provide nutrition counseling for adults, promoting a weight-neutral/non-diet approach to health and nutrition. If you are interested in developing a healthier relationship with food and body, I would love to walk with you on that journey.

I am a New Jersey native who made my way over the border to settle down in central Pennsylvania. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Messiah College in Pennsylvania and completed my Dietetic Internship at the College of Saint Elizabeth in New Jersey. I have been a Registered Dietitian since 2013 and a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist in Pennsylvania since 2015.

I continue my self-study in the realm of mindfulness and mindful eating to better serve my clients and incorporate a holistic model of self-care. I completed the Mindful Eating Certificate Program through the Center for Mindful Eating in 2022. I utilize a weight-neutral/non-diet approach to health and nutrition, and my counseling is rooted in Health at Every Size®, intuitive eating, and mindful eating philosophies. I enjoy working with clients who are burned out by the diet culture and are curious about how to embrace a new path forward. I see our physical bodies as instruments that can bring good, beauty, and greater wholeness to this earth. I enjoy coming alongside folks as they let go of past baggage to live fuller and freer lives.

I spend a significant amount of my time working as a Dietitian at a local hospital, practicing Medical Nutrition Therapy and assisting patients with their nutritional needs across the lifespan. When not working, you will find me hiking, birding, singing, and spending time with friends.
