"Every client is different and there is no "one size fits all" approach when it comes to nutrition. I meet clients right where they're at with empathy and compassion while also challenging them to step into their healthiest self yet. I believe having a positive relationship with food and body is just as important as what we put in our bodies and firmly believe that all foods have a place in the context of a well-balanced fueling plan."
