I have a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Pace University, as well as, a Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, Food, and Nutrition from CUNY Lehman College. 

In our first session, you can expect to relate a thorough food/nutrition history, as well as, a 24 hour/typical food diary and physical movement log; medical history and family history will be taken; any lab results/blood work; any medications/vitamins/supplements taken; meal plan created (if desired).

I love cooking, reading, writing, hiking, going on walks with my baby and doggy, amd spending time with my family and friends.
