I'm Natalie Johnson, a Texas native who was inspired to study nutrition after adopting a plant-based lifestyle over 15 years ago. I've always loved physical activity—whether it was gymnastics, figure skating, hiking, soccer, tennis, or weightlifting—and I'm driven by challenge. Becoming a Registered Dietitian was a sustainable way for me to live and help others live the benefits of plant-based nutrition long-term.
I earned my BS in Nutrition from UT Austin (hook 'em horns!) and completed my supervised practice at Meredith College in Raleigh, NC. I became an RD in 2021 and focus on sports nutrition and plant-based lifestyles, helping active individuals optimize performance and recovery.
In my spare time, I enjoy being in nature, immersing myself in music, traveling, eating spicy food, and exploring new cultures through cuisine. I'm always seeking adventure—whether through travel, food, or meaningful conversations—and I bring that same curiosity and energy into helping clients explore new ways to thrive.
