I studied Nutrition at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where I also completed my Dietetic Internship. While I had many areas of interest in the field, counseling has always been my passion, and I’m excited to be returning to it while continuing my role as a Food Service Director in the public school setting. Helping feed kids healthy meals every day has been very fulfilling.

I love all foods and especially enjoy experiencing cultural dishes when traveling. I believe food is more than just fuel—it plays an important role in our social lives, cultural traditions, and mental well-being.
