Background
I am passionate about helping people meet their goals and giving back to my community. I personally have dealt with health issues like PCOS, infertility, and obesity for years, so being able to overcome those obstacles, I feel obligated to help others meet their health goals as well. I have a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition with a focus is Dietetics and a Masters in Healthcare Administration. I am originally from Cleveland, OH, but moved to Arizona in 2008. I am a mother and a wife who loves speaking time with her family, reading novels, watching movies, and finding new recipes and snacks.
