I am a Registered Dietitian (RD) with a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Logan University. As a credentialed dietitian, I bring a strong academic foundation, clinical training, and a passion for helping others build a positive and sustainable relationship with food. I believe that nutrition is not just about eating “perfectly,” but about finding balance, flexibility, and joy in nourishing the body and mind. Outside of work, I enjoy walking with my dogs, exploring new recipes in the kitchen, reading, and practicing yoga. I love spending time outdoors, finding balance through movement, and relaxing with a good book or home-cooked meal.
My approach to care is rooted in the philosophy that all foods can fit. I help clients move away from restrictive thinking and instead focus on balance, variety, and mindful choices that support both physical health and emotional well-being. By creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space, I meet clients where they are and collaborate with them to create realistic, personalized goals that fit their lifestyle.
