Hi! I'm Michelle! I was born & raised in Sonoma County where I currently reside with my partner and our French Bulldog, Murphy. I spent the last 14 years working as a personal trainer and was inspired by the women I have worked with, as well as my own history with disordered eating & the lack of resources available, to become a Registered Dietitian. I use a personalized Intuitive Eating-ish approach to help women confidently choose foods that help them feel & perform their best! I know from experience how overwhelming food anxiety can be & how frustrating it is to feel like nothing is working, even though you have tried everything.
