Hi, I’m Michelle! I’m a Registered Dietitian based in southern New England.

I take a non-diet, health-focused approach to nutrition, meaning we’ll prioritize improving your energy, digestion, strength, and overall well-being. Together, we’ll work on making sustainable changes that empower you to feel your best while fostering a positive relationship with food and your body.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me experimenting in the kitchen, on my yoga mat, or completely engrossed in a 1,000 + piece puzzle (I tend to get way too into it). I love spending time with my family and our sweet rescue dog, who always keeps us on our toes.
