My decision to become a dietitian grew out of a personal commitment to support my family’s health, and that commitment still guides my clinical work today. I’m a registered dietitian with certification in renal nutrition and extensive experience helping people living with diabetes, cardiac conditions, weight concerns, and gastrointestinal issues. I especially enjoy working with clients who are curious and motivated to learn how food and lifestyle choices can protect their heart and kidneys and extend their healthy years.
"I combine evidence-based nutrition therapy with practical, individualized plans. That includes tailored meal strategies to manage blood sugar, heart-healthy and kidney-conscious modifications, weight-management techniques that fit real life, and dietary adjustments to ease GI symptoms. I focus on translating medical recommendations into clear, achievable steps—using education, skill-building (label reading, portion control, meal prep), and behavior-change tools so improvements stick."
