I am passionate about helping people become the healthiest versions of themselves. My commitment to this mission is reflected in the community health and wellness events I’ve participated in, as well as the countless individuals I’ve counseled throughout my career. My efforts have focused on areas such as community nutrition, chronic disease management, obesity and disease risk, exercise, and lifestyle interventions.I hold a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Food Administration, along with Registered Dietitian credentials and licensure. I also have specialized training in pediatric and adult obesity management. My nutrition counseling is grounded in the Intuitive Eating approach, particularly when supporting individuals recovering from eating disorders and disordered eating. I’m deeply passionate about making a meaningful difference through Behavioral Health Promotion and Education.
In closing, I say: True health is built on knowledge, balance, and sustainable habits.
