My practice specializes in mindful weight loss, meal planning for hectic schedules, gut‑health restoration, heart health, and prediabetes/diabetes. If you’re juggling work, family, and personal goals but still crave clarity around food, we’ll be a great fit.

I’m a Registered Dietitian (RDN) with a Master’s in Nutrition Science from Texas Woman's University and over 17 years of experience. I’ve been honored with the “Gamecock who Excel at Magnificent Service” award by the University of South Carolina while teaching at the university.

You’ll often find me on the sidelines of soccer fields, baseball fields, and swimming pools cheering on my three boys or relaxing with a book in my hands. (Elin Hilderbrand is one of my favorite authors!) I’m a military spouse honored to support my husband’s service—which has taken us through seven U.S. states (and Germany!). It’s been a whirlwind adventure, and I love connecting with people from every corner of the country. Cheering on my boys (and adapting to new hometowns) fuels my belief that small, consistent steps—whether at the dinner table or ball field—lead to big, lasting wins.

I became an RDN because I witnessed first hand how a food‑centric mindset can either empower or overwhelm. My mission is to help people tune out the “food noise” and discover a balanced way of eating that honors both health goals and life’s simple pleasures.
