I’m Melissa Diersing, a Registered Dietitian with over 25 years of experience helping people improve their health and live better lives. My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and collaboration. I focus on realistic, practical strategies that fit your lifestyle and support lasting, meaningful change. Born and raised in Ohio, I’ve worked with people facing a wide range of health challenges, with a focus on kidney disease and related conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure. I love getting to know each person, building trusting relationships, and creating achievable goals. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, cooking, spending time with family, and supporting my husband with his beekeeping business. You can expect a supportive, judgment-free space where your goals come first. I listen empathetically and will help to create practical and sustainable plans. Helping people do better and feel better motivates me, and I provide compassionate, tailored guidance to help you make positive changes, celebrate progress, and build confidence and lasting habits.
"Change is difficult—especially with nutrition and lifestyle habits. I listen empathetically to understand each person’s needs, goals, and challenges, then work together to create realistic, sustainable plans. I guide and support you while empowering positive changes, and we celebrate progress as you build confidence, lasting habits, and better health."
