Hi, I'm Megan. I am a registered dietitian with a 10-year old successful private nutrition practice and have worked with thousands of clients to improve their lives. I look at my clients as a whole person-- we talk about everything from stress to sleep to family life to really determine the best steps forward to attaining your goals. My goal is to get you feeling more confident and if you're succeeding, so am I.
I've written a book about my methods, The Optimized Life, and am the co-host of the Nutrition Awareness podcast. I'm a mom to a spunky 3 year old boy and a lazy 5 year old Bernedoodle.
