Hi, I’m Megan — a registered dietitian who believes everyone deserves a happy, healthy relationship with food and their body. My goal is to help you nourish yourself in a way that fits your lifestyle and makes you feel good.
I specialize in prenatal and postnatal nutrition and love helping people feel more at peace with food. Over the past six years, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients navigating everything from disordered eating to type 2 diabetes.
After earning my Bachelor of Science from UMass Amherst, I worked in clinical nutrition before completing my Master’s in Nutrition Education. Pregnancy and postpartum have completely changed how I view nutrition and movement — teaching me to lead with flexibility, grace, and self-compassion. Welcoming my daughter deepened my passion for helping moms feel supported through the physical and emotional changes of motherhood. When we understand what our bodies need to feel nourished and strong, we can show up as our best selves — for us and for our families.
"I like to have down-to-earth conversations with clients and get to know them so that I know what will help them the most. While I think discussing evidence-based practice is important, I try to discuss it in a way that will make sense to someone who does not work in a medical field. When working with me, you’ll find I can be a little goofy at times. I love to laugh and show people that talking about nutrition can be fun!"
