I am a registered dietitian with a Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics who is passionate about helping people build realistic, lasting habits to support their health. My approach is collaborative, practical, and free of judgment—I believe nutrition should fit into your life, not take it over.
My career in nutrition began more than 10 years ago in community health, where I partnered with schools, families, and older adults throughout North Florida to provide cooking demonstrations, nutrition education, and school garden programs. Since then, I've worked in both inpatient and outpatient clinical settings, helping individuals navigate a wide variety of health conditions and lifestyle goals.
Whether you're looking to improve your overall wellness, support digestive health, manage kidney disease, develop sustainable eating habits, or simply feel more confident in your food choices, I'm here to provide evidence-based guidance and personalized support. Together, we'll create realistic strategies that work for your lifestyle and help you make meaningful progress—one step at a time.
I look forward to partnering with you on your health journey!
During our visits, we'll work as a team to identify practical nutrition strategies, geared towards behavior change, and education that empowers you to make informed decisions.
My clinical interests include digestive health, sustainable weight management, anti-inflammatory, heart-health, and general wellness. I also provide medical nutrition therapy for conditions such as CKD, diabetes, GERD, enteral nutrition, and post-bariatric surgery, tailoring each plan to your unique needs and lifestyle.
