With over 27 years as a Registered Dietitian, I have cultivated a comprehensive expertise in adult nutrition across various clinical and private practice settings. My experience spans managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and gastrointestinal disorders, where I have developed and implemented individualized nutrition plans to optimize health outcomes.

In addition to my adult-focused practice, I have extensive experience working with pediatric populations. I am passionate about pediatric nutrition and family-centered care. Collaborating with children and their families allows me to develop tailored nutrition plans that not only meet the child's needs but also empower families to foster healthy eating habits and positive relationships with food.
