As a Registered and Licensed Dietitian, I’ve spent nearly ten years helping people improve their health through nutrition, whether they’re navigating a hospital stay, managing a chronic condition, or simply trying to feel better day to day. I’ve worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting patients from all walks of life, including prenatal clients, dialysis patients, and individuals facing complex medical challenges across various hospital units.
I believe nutrition is deeply personal. My approach centers on building strong, trusting relationships and empowering clients through education, cultural sensitivity, and realistic goal setting. Whether I’m guiding someone through gestational diabetes or helping dialysis patients improve their lab outcomes, I strive to meet people where they are physically, and emotionally so they feel supported every step of the way.
Outside of work, I’m a loving wife and proud mother of two amazing children. Supporting my family on their own personal journeys brings me joy and keeps me grounded. I understand the importance of balance, and I bring that same mindset into my practice helping others find sustainable ways to nourish their bodies while enjoying their lives.
