Hi, I’m Margaret Ann!
I’m a Registered and Licensed Dietitian with 9 years of experience helping individuals navigate nutrition for a variety of health conditions. I earned my degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from the University of Mississippi and completed my dietetic internship through Meredith College.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with patients managing complex conditions such as kidney disease (including transplant care), diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and more. My goal is to partner with each person to create realistic, sustainable changes that support their long-term health and help them feel their best—without restrictive diets or quick fixes.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and two children. Whether we're going on walks, playing, or simply soaking up the sun, I believe in the power of balance—both in life and in nutrition.
"I take a sustainable approach to dietary change, helping clients build lasting habits instead of relying on restrictive diets or quick fixes. Together, we focus on realistic, enjoyable adjustments that fit into their lifestyle, cultural preferences, and long-term health goals. I prioritize progress over perfection, supporting clients in developing a balanced, flexible relationship with food that they can maintain for life"
