I’ve been a Registered Dietitian for 20+ years, working with a variety of health conditions including Heart Health, Diabetes, Kidney Disease, Women’s Health, Teen Wellness, Cancer, Obesity, Weight Loss, Autism, and Developmental Delays. I am an ally to all walks of life and will support everyone’s health and lifestyle decisions. I have a Master’s Degree in Nutrition Education, and recently won the 2025 RI Outstanding Preceptor of the Year Award. I love what I do and I feel that nutrition counseling is where I can have the most impact on my clients’ lives.
I am the mother of 3 boys, and my husband and I live on an 11 acre farm in Rhode Island. I enjoy gardening, reading, and doing puzzles. I have also volunteered with local non-profit organizations here in RI. I am personable and friendly and have always found things in common with everyone I meet. I’m excited to get to know you and see where our time together will take us!
"Our nutritional health journey starts with getting to know how your daily life influences your diet, and what you’d like to get out of your consultation. We’ll look at areas of your life that impact your ability to focus on healthy eating: work-life balance, home life, physical activity, food shopping, cooking, etc. Then, we work together to set goals and work toward achieving them. I break down this process into smaller, easier steps, so it feels less daunting and more empowering."
