I specialize in working with a wide age range and those managing complex health conditions, drawing on my experience in outpatient nutrition consulting in Cleveland, Ohio and Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living communities here in Hawai‘i. Whether it’s supporting healthy aging, improving appetite, managing chronic disease, or navigating food sensitivities, I meet each client where they are — with respect, compassion, and evidence-based care.

I earned my credentials as a Registered Dietitian after many years as a chef, which gives me a unique perspective: I don’t just talk about nutrition, I know how to bring it to life in the kitchen. I believe food should be nourishing, but also something you look forward to — flavor, culture, and comfort are always part of the conversation.

Outside of my professional life, I’m a proud dad and fiancé, and much of my free time is spent with family — whether that’s cooking together, cheering on my kids at sports, or enjoying the outdoors in Hawai‘i. A fun fact about me: I love playing the guitar and tending to my garden, and I love bringing that same sense of curiosity and care into my work with clients.

At the heart of my practice is the belief that food is medicine, but also joy. I became a dietitian to bridge the gap between nutrition science and everyday life — to help people eat in a way that supports health without sacrificing the foods and traditions they love.
