Hi there! I’m Mallory, just a small-town girl who followed my love for food, health, and desire to lend a hand, which eventually lead me to my dream job!
About Me: I have a full-time job in a hospital as an inpatient dietitian and an outpatient medical nutrition therapy educator. While I absolutely love my job, I have also loved getting to meet/help people from all over the country with Fay! A glimpse into my personal life:
- I’m a dog mom to two pitties: Cocoalina and Milkdud.🐾
- I’m the coolest Aunt Mal Mal EVER!
- My interests include: experimenting with different cultures/cuisines🍲, traveling✈️, exercise/weight lifting🏋🏻♀️, kayaking🚣🏻♂️, riding ATV’s, snowboarding🏂, hiking🏔️, watching reality TV or educational documentaries/movies📺, video games🎮, and goal setting/manifesting.✨

‼️In fact, one size does not fit all. So I don’t expect the same approach to work with everyone! Though, there is a common denominator and that is that you have to want it. I’m looking for individuals like me, who have a desire of continuing self improvement, or we can be fancy and say “Kaizen” 😉 I like to keep things simple, and have a natural instinct to empathize with my patients.
