Luba became passionate about nutrition after having her own family. She feels that eating well is a powerful way to take care of yourself, and those you love.
She currently counsels patients participating in a heart disease study at the University of Southern California and also is the dietitian for an Early Head Start Program working to optimize wellness and create healthy food habits for pregnant women and families with young children.
Luba has also been trained on the use of the low FODMAP diet for IBS by Monash University. She appreciates how nutrition needs change over time - whether creating a nutritious eating plan when juggling work and family demands, figuring out what you can safely eat when GI issues flare up, or optimizing nutrition during menopause.
In her free time, Luba loves to hike, do yoga, or try new recipes that she can share with her clients.
"I work with clients as a team for create realistic and achievable goals that work with your individual preferences and lifestyle. I take a wholistic approach and support you throughout the process in order to give you the best chance to create lasting and meaningful changes."
