Background

I obtained by Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Nutrition Concentration at NC State University before going on to obtain my Masters of Science in Foods/Nutrition from the University of Georgia. Next, I completed my Dietetic Internship at Meredith college, obtained Certificates in Adult Weight Management Levels 1 and 2, Childhood Weight Management, and have become certified through two entities as a Certified Health Coach. Finally, I have completed certification in the low-FOMDAP diet through Monash University. I have always had a strong interest in nutrition to not only fuel the body but enjoy food for what it is. Having gone through some personal health issues myself, I appreciate how we are all different, need different approaches, and can ultimately find an eating pattern that makes you feel your best. My desire to help others is innate within me, and I like to discover what motivates you to want to change and help guide you in setting goals for success.
