Background

Hi, friend! I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), specializing in Celiac disease and cancer/oncology care. I graduated from D'Youville University with a Bachelor's and Master's of Science in Dietetics circa 2020.

I started out as a baby dietitian during peak 2020 COVID times, providing a wide range of care down in Texas. I started out in level-1 trauma center ICUs, branching out to oncology medical floors, then working with clients in head and neck cancer clinics. Since leaving my full-time position in 2023, I have spent the last 2 years as a traveling RDN in many hospitals around the country, primarily serving ICU-level patients.

While traveling, I met my incredible partner who lives with celiac disease. While initially not my specialty, celiac disease has become a major fixture in my life as an extension of my partner's. I have had the opportunity to learn through personal experience as well as grow professionally over the last year and a half. As you know, most of our lives revolve around food - socially, functionally, culturally. I want to help you manage obstacles that arise in your life so you can maintain your quality of life, while caring for your body and needs.

Before I wrap up, I want to strongly emphasize that all are welcome here. I want to provide a space for you to feel heard, respected, and valued. My space is always LGBTQIA+ friendly - specifically trans-inclusive, neurodiverse, and culturally sensitive. Please include any cultural or religious preferences you follow in your booking info, so I can prepare resources that fit your needs.

Let's do our best in this gluten-filled world! I look forward to teaming up!
