I am a registered dietitian with five years of experience in both clinical and private practice settings. I graduated in 2020 with a Master's in Dietetics from the University of Oklahoma—BOOMER! Since then, I've worked in various roles, including clinical dietitian positions in hospitals, outpatient counseling, private practice, and consulting for medical research companies.
I've had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, including both children and adults. However, I especially enjoy focusing on women’s health. This includes- general women’s nutrition and weight loss, PCOS, Peri-menopause, and Menopause, as well as pregnancy, postpartum, and lactation.
I believe that each person is unique, which means they require a tailored nutrition care plan to meet their specific needs. I strive to work with clients to achieve a "complete picture" of each individual's life dynamic that affects and influences each patient's situation. My ultimate goal is to do this in a compassionate and non-judgmental environment built on trust. This helps me to create a highly individualized plan that is both achievable and sustainable for clients. I believe that this approach helps me and my clients collaborate effectively as we work towards their nutrition-related health goals together.
"As a dietitian, I enjoy providing evidence-based nutritional care to patients using a blend of expertise and empathy. I believe it is important not only to address the physiological aspects of nutrition, but also to consider the emotional, cultural, and social factors that influence a patient’s relationship with food. By fostering a collaborative environment with clients, I believe I can empower patients to make informed dietary choices that align with their personal health goals and lifestyles."
