Komal Patel, RD

I am Komal Patel. I completed my dietetic internship at Marywood University, Scranton, PA. After that, I worked as a clinical dietitian at a hospital in IL. While working at a weight management clinic, I gained invaluable experience working with diverse clients. I obtained a "certificate of training in adult weight management" to better understand clients. I believe that every individual has different dietary requirements, and I use my knowledge to provide customized services to each of my clients. I incorporate several behavioral change techniques such as goal setting, motivational interviewing, and mindful eating practices to help my clients develop long-lasting healthy habits and overcome any barriers.

Through education and ongoing support, I empower clients to take control of their wellness journey and make positive choices that align with their values and priorities. I ensure that my clients receive the highest quality of care.
