As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor with my own history of disordered eating and negative body image struggles, I take a compassionate, gentle, but also very actionable approach to supporting clients with food and body struggles. I've been a Dietitian for 9 years now and have been working with clients on disordered eating struggles for 7 years. Some of the main areas I support clients with are binge eating, mindless eating, overeating, emotional eating, supporting health without dieting, healing relationship with movement, gentle nutrition, and body image. When I'm not working, I am spending time with my Husband, our twin toddlers, and our two large dogs! In the little free time I have, I also enjoy reading, scrolling TikTok, and practicing yoga! I ended up pursuing a degree in nutrition and becoming a Dietitian partially from my own struggles around eating and wanting to find the "perfect" answer to how I "should" eat. Luckily, this path ultimately led me to discovering intuitive eating, healing my own relationship with food, and finding the deeply fulfilling work of helping others. do the same!
"After years of suffering from my own struggles with disordered eating and negative body image, I discovered the intuitive eating approach and never looked back. In my work with clients, I help them to heal their relationship with food, body and movement with actionable, practical and individualized guidance. You will never leave our sessions not knowing exactly what you are expected to implement between sessions!"
