Kimberley Morris, RD

I have been working in nutrition since 2017. My experience has allowed me to work with all age groups in outpatient settings as well as in long-term care. I have been trained in motivational interviewing. I believe in creating manageable goals that are sustainable. It can be challenging to maintain a healthy diet with all of life’s demands. I’m here to make it simple. Those I have worked with appreciate my honest, simple, yet non-judgmental approach. In my free time, I like to relax in nature, bake, and spend time with my family.
