Hi, I’m Kelsie Hill, a Registered Dietitian based in the South Bay Area. I earned my degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2019, and since then, I’ve worked with clients across a wide range of settings—from one-on-one weight loss counseling to critical care in the ICU. My experience has equipped me to support people managing complex health concerns such as overweight, obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes and pre-diabetes, fatty liver, GERD, dysphagia, malnutrition, and even cancer/oncology care.
My approach is all about meeting you where you're at. Whether you're brand new to nutrition or have years of experience trying to manage your health, I'm here to provide personalized, realistic guidance to help you reach your goals that are founded in evidence-based research. I enjoy creating meal plans that respect your preferences, culture, allergies, or lifestyle needs—because making informed choices about food should feel empowering, not overwhelming!
My sessions are collaborative and encouraging. I use evidence-based techniques like motivational interviewing to help you identify what works for you—and then we build from there. You can expect to leave each session with a clear, doable plan and the confidence that I’ve got your back along the way. I also take a holistic view of health, often incorporating lifestyle factors such as sleep, movement, and stress management into our work together! More about me- My dog, Lorenzo, and I love spending time exploring new cities, staying active, and testing out new recipes (feel free to send your favorites my way!).
"I empower clients to take charge of their health through personalized, realistic nutrition strategies. I love working with motivated individuals who are open to goal-setting and creative problem solving. My approach is supportive yet direct—I meet you where you are, and walk alongside you as we build a plan tailored to your lifestyle. If you’re ready to set goals, stay open-minded, and get after it with your own personal guide—I’d love to be your Dietitian!"
