Get to Know Me
Hi! I’m a Registered Dietitian based in San Francisco, originally from Orange County. I earned my B.S. in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Arizona and completed my M.S. in Nutritional Sciences at San Diego State University. My professional experience spans chronic disease prevention, weight management, and—most meaningfully—supporting individuals in eating disorder recovery.
My personal journey with food has been a long one. Like many, I’ve navigated years of confusion, rules, and “shoulds” around eating—trying to make sense of all the noise. Finding food freedom changed my life, and now I’m passionate about helping others do the same.
My Approach
I practice through an all foods fit lens that supports food freedom, body respect, and individualized care. I see you as a whole person—not just your plate. Together, we’ll build a way of eating that works with your preferences, lifestyle, and access. No fancy groceries, perfect meal prep, or exceptional cooking skills required. Just sustainable, satisfying nourishment that fits your life.
Whether you're healing your relationship with food, managing a health condition, or simply seeking a more balanced approach to eating, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and zero judgment.
"I believe in an all foods fit philosophy that promotes food freedom, flexibility, and satisfaction. My approach is rooted in compassion and realism—I work with you as a whole person, considering your preferences, lifestyle, culture, and access to food. You don’t need gourmet cooking skills or fancy groceries to nourish your body. Together, we’ll create a sustainable way of eating that supports your health and fits seamlessly into your life."
